NOTICE: For systems containing a sump, or for sump orders only prices are good for six months from date of order. Delays or estimated ship dates that are pushed out past six months due to customer delays from original order date may incurr price increases should our material or supply prices increase. Most sump orders are completed within this six month timeframe and if pushed out due to our lead time getting longer than six months will of course not incurr any price increases.
WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS WHERE YOU RECEIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. Orders paid with PayPal will be shipped to the address authorized by PayPal.
Packaging And Shipping charges are not included. We pack VERY WELL! All shipments are via UPS Ground unless other arrangements have been made. We can also ship via the U.S. Postal Service for small orders. Additional UPS services are available: NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY, and 3 DAY SELECT. Saturday delivery is also available. Canada, Mexico and Worldwide shipping is no problem. We ship worldwide.
Payment Accepted Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and PayPal. No personal checks. PayPal and wire transfer for non-U.S. payments only. PayPal payments MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF OUR PAYPAL REQUEST otherwise your order will be cancelled.
RETURNS are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Any merchandise returned that has been used will be issued credit or refund at 50% of purchase price. If you are unhappy with any unused Lifereef item we will exchange, issue credit, or refund purchase price. Merchandise must be in sellable condition.
SORRY, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on custom work. Every effort is made on my part to get as much information from you as possible. Dimensions, photos, discussion via phone and email, description of your requirements, etc. However, you must have some insight as well and determine if the build is going to suite the application, I cannot do this, you accept all risk. Once I have spent the effort, time, and materials on your project, provide photos of the finished product, and send it to you, it is yours.
CANCELLATION of orders are NOT accepted via email and must be called in.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: SHIPMENTS MUST BE OPENED AND INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ARRIVAL. THE ARRIVAL TIME/DATE WILL BE THE UPS DROP-OFF TIME AS REPORTED ON UPS RECORDS TRACKING INFORMATION. AFTER 24 HOURS ANY DAMAGE WILL BE ASSUMED TO BE CUSTOMERS FAULT. KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE. Should you discover damage to your shipmet contact UPS. They will then send out a damage inspector and must have all packing materials that we used to ship your merchandise to determine fault. If you do not have the packing materials we will help you as much as possible with the claim but if the claim is denied we will not cover the damage, the item is yours as received. We pack extremely well, more than is required by UPS and have had very little damage claims, usually only one per year, and not because of our packing. IF YOU DO NOT KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS FOR UPS INSPECTION, THE ITEM IS YOURS "AS RECEIVED", OR CAN BE RETURNED FOR REPAIR AT YOUR COST.
International Orders Do not ask for "gift invoice" or less than retail value invoices, we will not do this.
International Order IMPORT FEES You are responsible for contacting your local postal authorities to see what these fees might be. We are not responsible for your countrys imports fees. Fees are based on the total if the items in the shipment.
Custom Fabricated items such as plastic, grid, foam, etc that are cut per your request cannot be returned.
